Crunchie bar ice cream
This ice cream, from Allyson Gofton, needs to be eaten within 10 days – no problems there!
2 cups cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 can condensed milk, 395g
3 Cadbury Crunchie bars
Preparation: 10min plus freezing
- Whip the cream until thick.
- Add the vanilla essence and fold in the condensed milk.
- Chop the Crunchie bars well and fold into the cream mixture.
- Place into a freezer-proof bowl and freeze overnight until set.
