Dairy Cows
New Zealand dairy cows are generated smaller than their overseas counterparts. They have been bred this way because smaller cows have less impact on the soil and grass, so look after it better. They have also been bred to produce creamier milk, because so much of our milk is exported as milk powder, its better to have milk with higher concentration of fat and protein and less water.
